Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by Snazi Engineering, LLC ("Snazi Engineering", "we", "us", or "our") under the trade name Snazi Games, and our website at snazigames.com. By downloading, installing, or using a Snazi Games app or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use a Snazi Games app. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms and agreed to them on your behalf.

2. License to use the apps

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Snazi Games apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The apps are licensed, not sold.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the apps, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use cheats, automation, scripts, or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the apps, our servers, or the experience of other players.
• Use the apps to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the apps without our written permission.

4. In-app purchases

Some Snazi Games apps offer in-app purchases (for example, ad removal, bonus in-game currency, or cosmetic upgrades). All in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.

Refunds. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. Snazi Engineering does not directly issue refunds. If you believe a purchase was made in error or did not deliver the item you bought, please first contact us at support@snazigames.com so we can investigate; we may direct you to file a refund request with the platform.

Virtual items. Any virtual currency, items, or progress you obtain in our games has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the availability of virtual items at any time.

5. Advertising

Our apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Advertisers may use device identifiers and other information to serve relevant ads. See our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out options.

6. Intellectual property

The Snazi Games apps, the Snazi Games name and logo, game artwork, music, characters, code, and all related materials are owned by Snazi Engineering, LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

If you believe content in our apps infringes a copyright you own, please email support@snazigames.com with the details of the alleged infringement.

7. Termination

You may stop using a Snazi Games app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps or website at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APPS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAZI ENGINEERING, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR APPS OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR APPS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snazi Engineering, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our apps.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of our apps will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Apple App Store additional terms (iOS users only)

The following terms apply only if you obtained a Snazi Games app from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Snazi Engineering, LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who will refund the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing your claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app does not conform to legal or regulatory requirements, or claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms; upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our apps or website after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
