This privacy policy describes how Snazi Engineering, LLC ("Snazi Engineering", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the mobile applications we publish under the trade name Snazi Games. By using a Snazi Games app, you agree to the practices described here.

The legal entity responsible for the Snazi Games apps and this website is:

Apps covered by this policy

This policy applies to all apps Snazi Engineering publishes, including:

• Jungle Jumble — a word puzzle game for iOS and Android.

When we launch additional apps, we will add them here and note the date in the changelog at the end of this page.

Information we collect

Our apps are designed to require as little personal information as possible. We do not ask for your name, email, or account registration to play. The categories of information we collect are listed below.

Information collected automatically

• Gameplay events. Through Google Firebase Analytics, we collect anonymous gameplay events such as levels started, levels completed, store views, and ad impressions. These events help us understand which game features players enjoy and where they get stuck. Events are tied to an anonymous installation identifier provided by Firebase, not to you personally.
• Crash reports. Through Google Firebase Crashlytics, we collect anonymous reports when the app crashes. These reports include the device model, operating system version, and a stack trace of the crash. We use them to fix bugs.
• Advertising identifiers. If you see ads in our apps, the Google AdMob SDK may receive your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) for the purpose of serving and measuring ads. You can reset or disable this identifier in your device settings at any time.
• Device information. Information about your device (model, OS version, language, country) is collected alongside the events above for compatibility and debugging.

Information stored on your device

• Local game progress. Your level progress, settings, daily streak, and similar gameplay data are stored locally on your device using Capacitor Preferences (which uses NSUserDefaults on iOS and SharedPreferences on Android). This data does not leave your device and is removed when you delete the app.

Information you give us directly

• Support inquiries. When you email us at support@snazigames.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

In-app purchases

Purchases of in-app items (such as ad removal or bonus coconuts) are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Snazi Engineering does not collect or store your payment card information. We receive only confirmation that a purchase succeeded or failed.

How we use information

• To make the games work — load your saved progress, deliver the right level, display ads, process purchases.
• To improve the games — analyze which features are used, fix crashes, identify difficulty spikes, decide what to build next.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Third-party services we use

Our apps use the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below.

Children's privacy

Our apps are designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in the United States, or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable age (e.g., parts of the European Union).

To support compliance with COPPA (the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), our Google AdMob integration uses the "AnalyticsWithoutAdIdSupport" subspec, which prevents collection of the Advertising Identifier for analytics purposes. We also configure ad requests to disable personalization features that would not be appropriate for child audiences.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@snazigames.com and we will delete that information promptly.

Your rights and choices

Opt out of personalized ads

You can limit ad personalization through your device's privacy settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → toggle off "Personalized Ads"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → toggle on "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

Delete your data

Because we do not require account registration, the local data on your device is removed when you delete the app. To remove anonymous analytics events tied to your installation identifier, you can email us at support@snazigames.com with the request and the approximate date you installed the app.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Snazi Engineering does not sell personal information in the conventional sense, but advertising identifiers shared with AdMob for ad serving may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out by following the device-level steps above. To exercise other rights, email support@snazigames.com.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our legal basis for processing event data is legitimate interest in operating and improving our games. You can exercise your rights by contacting support@snazigames.com.

Data retention

We retain anonymous analytics and crash events for up to 14 months, which is the default retention window provided by Firebase Analytics. Crash reports may be retained longer if they relate to an unresolved bug. Local data on your device is retained until you delete the app.

Security

We rely on the security practices of our service providers (Google, Apple) and on the security of your device's operating system. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we follow industry-standard practices.

International transfers

Our service providers (Google, Apple) operate globally and may process your information in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required by law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to protect your information during such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when we launch a new app or add a new service. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify players within the apps. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
